Serving Those Who Served
After Action Project supports veterans and first responders by providing peer support, resource navigation, and family centered programs that help rebuild lives after service.
Who We Are
After Action Project (AAP) is a nonprofit organization founded by veterans and former first responders who understand the challenges that come after service.
Our team has personally experienced the transition from service to civilian life,
including the struggles with mental health, family stress, career changes, and navigating complex systems for benefits and care.
Because we have walked that road ourselves, AAP is built on trust, credibility, and peer-driven support.

What Makes Us Different
What sets After Action Project apart is our whole-family approach.
We don’t just support the veteran or first responder we support their families as well.
Spouses, partners, and children often carry the weight of service too.
AAP recognizes that healing and stability happen best when the entire household is
supported. Our programs help families rebuild together, creating stronger homes,
healthier relationships, and long-term stability.
